Essential Job Duties/Scope of Work:

Background

The Data & Operations Team is responsible for the back-office support of all fundraising activities in Resource Development (RD) in the areas of gift processing, record maintenance, fulfillment, data analysis, database management, prospect development, and compliance. The Data & Operations Team creates efficiency by supporting backend needs across fundraising channels, innovates new solutions for overcoming obstacles, and strikes for its timeliness, scalability and data-driven culture. The Resource Development Assistant plays a critical role in the team through processing online and offline gifts, maintaining high quality donor information, and supporting donors with positive stewardship experience.

Job Purpose

To assist with new and ongoing projects with the Data and Operations Team.
To assist with process improvement ideation and implementation.


Main Responsibilities

1. Assist with migration and customization of the new RD SharePoint.
2. Research and propose process improvements for Raiser’s Edge record updates.
3. Help create customer service email response templates using FAQs.
4. Assist with automation project for recurring gifts in the database platform.
5. Assist with various database quality control and data projects.
6. Support team with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or or degree in progress

Experience

  • Superb attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and its associated applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organization
  • CRM database experience a plus
