By offering training and health care to local populations and medical assistance to people at highest risk, and with the flexibility to respond rapidly to emergency situations, International Medical Corps rehabilitates devastated health care systems and helps bring them back to self-reliance JOB SUMMARYAs part of the country program team, Program Coordinator is required to lead the design, and implementation of the country program activities,
provide supportive supervision of the field project managers in regards to the health, nutrition, and protection activities’ implementation, to ensure the quality of care provided to the beneficiaries. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Finance Department on budget monitoring through regular review of pipelines. In Coordination with budget holders, and the Supply Chain Manager, the Program Coordinator will design a procurement plan for each project being implemented. In Coordination with the Project Manager, the Program Coordinator will design, and adjust a work plan for each project to be implemented, in line with the procurement plan. On a monthly basis, the Program Coordinator will collect and analyse projects data from the M&E Department, and prepare the donors reports in coordination with the HQ respective department for technical review. The Program Coordinator will attend Donor technical meetings, and work in coordination with the Country Director in the development, implementation and review of the Country strategic plan.
