17-502: Manager- Learning
Essential Job Duties/Scope of Work:
The Manager - Learning will work as part of a dynamic Human Resources team and responsible for management of the learning development plan to support International Medical Corps mission. This individual will be tasked with the following:
participating in the development and delivery of the Learning and Development strategy, linking regularly
with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factor,
manage training platform(s) for the delivery of training programs, lead
the evaluation process for training and development programs,
provides regular reports on training completion and effectiveness,
develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials,
review and evaluate training programs for compliance with government standards,
Design the onboarding program for new hires,
modifies programs as required,
steer relevant working groups to assist in the building, management and innovation of Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) and
communicate regularly to points of contacts, leaders and staff on dissemination of learning related activities, course offerings.
5 year’s of related experience
Experience in working in diverse cultural teams
Leadership & people management experience
Proven ability to manage, develop and implement learning and development programs
