• Work under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources Administration to ensure all employment induction paperwork is properly completed by new and existing employees. • Collect all appropriate employment forms and ensure proper filing per existing filing systems. • Prepare employment agreements, amendments and employment verifications for the Manager of Human Resources Administration's review. • Under the direction of the Manager of Human Resources Administration process all employee contract amendments which include: drafting of employment contracts, following up for appropriate signatures and preparing appropriate documents for entering the information in the HRIS system.• Conduct background and reference checks. • Perform other duties as assigned.
