Background
Provide Human Resources operational and strategic support to country programs in non-safeguarding employee relations and investigations. Partnering with legal and other stakeholders, this position will support country programs in mitigating risk and resolution of employee relations issues through quality investigations.
S/he will manage the internal client relationship with country teams and other investigating teams and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction using problem solving ability, negotiation skills, responsiveness and continued communication.
