The Program Assistant (PA) will assist with the administrative and logistical duties required for the implementation of Humanitarian Response Training Unit (HRTU) projects in the department of Domestic and International Affairs (DIA) portfolio and report to the Director, HRTU. The position is based in the Washington, DC office.
The PA will work in close coordination with the International Medical Corps project team. The PA will perform administrative tasks for the program, to include such activities as data entry, travel arrangement, note-taking, etc. The PA will assist in coordinating logistical arrangements for the projects.
