Background
International Medical Corps is currently in process of transitioning from Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) by incorporating the accountability and learning related aspects to existing M&E standards and accordingly update its MEAL manual. Roving Sr. MEAL Officer will contribute to implementation of the MEAL manual and standards by providing the remote and on-site technical assistance, capacity building and learning workshops and webinars. The Senior M&E Officer will work closely with MEAL Advisors at headquarters and MEAL teams in countries of operations of International Medical Corps to ensure the smooth roll-out.
Job Purpose
The Roving MEAL officer based at home and working as part of International Medical Corps’ MEAL Department at headquarter, will contribute to implementation of the MEAL manual and standards by coordinating the capacity building webinars with MEAL Advisors. The Roving MEAL Officer will work closely with International Medical Corps staff at headquarters to ensure highest quality standards are established and adhered to throughout the program cycle.
